Style Icon: Denise Bolt

When I came across this beauty on a publication I was reading on line, I was rendered speechless. Her beauty is exotic, well… being half Puerto Rican and Kuwait, she is ethnically blessed and her hour glass shape is a perfect example of a curvy woman. She has certainly broken boundaries in the plus size community and the sky is the limit for her.

She has been featured in publications such as Glamour magazine, Plus model magazine, Skotch magazibe, the list is endless.

She has also modeled for some of my fav stores such as Forever 21+, Torrid, Monif C, Igigi, just to name a few. Check her out below…

On The Go

So me and a girlfriend went out to lunch yesterday, so I decided to take some quick OOTD shots, it was a pretty good day and I was in a great mood so here we go…

It’s getting pretty chilly out, but who says you can’t look cute by layering.

I heard someone once say big thick women should never wear tights, well honey, ladies anytime anyone tells you you can’t do anything or you have to look a certain way, join the *honoryourcurves* movement on Instagram and you’ll see there are these beautiful women that appreciate a curvy woman.

During the winter to be honest all we have Is accessorizing because after all the laying, I mean ladies for us plus size women, last thing we need is outfits that will make us look any bigger, right?

Peplum is a fashion do all day in my playbook! It gives me a waist and accentuates my curves. Any who doesn’t love that combination. I’m a fan of the feathers so a feather peplum DIY was inevitable. Enjoy this easy, breezy, beautiful tutorial…

I searched high and low for these suspender tights, but when someone online mentioned where to find them from UK website. I jumped on that opportunity. Some may never think to shop at target but look at this gorg dress I found, I just love it and I regret not getting it in every color. Ladies, wear your confidence, you may have a potatoe sack on, but the way you wear it and the energy you exhume with anything you put on.
